Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.
Order Cancellation
● Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
● Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
● For custom-built PCs, cancellation is not allowed once assembly has started, as components are specifically arranged and configured.
Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Eligible Conditions
● Wrong product delivered
● Product is dead on arrival (DOA)
● Product has a manufacturing defect
Conditions for Return Approval
● Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
● Product must be unused and in original packaging
● All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
● Proper unboxing video is mandatory (to verify damage/issue)
Non-Returnable Items
● Custom-built PCs
● Used or physically damaged products
● Products damaged due to improper use
● Software or digital products
Refund Policy
● Refunds are only processed if:
● The return request is approved
● Replacement is not available
● Refund will be initiated within 5–10 business days after inspection
● Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Important Notes
● Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
● In some cases, a restocking fee (up to 10%) may be applied
Replacement Policy
● If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability
● Replacement process may take 3–7 working days
Warranty & Manufacturer Support
● Most products come with brand/manufacturer warranty
● After 48 hours of delivery, customers must claim warranty directly with the manufacturer
● Scratch Computers will assist in guidance but will not be responsible for warranty claims
Shipping Damage Policy
● Customers must record an unboxing video
● Without video proof, damage claims will not be accepted
● If verified, we will arrange replacement or solution
